BIP staff will be deployed according to the identified need to provide:

• provision for excluded pupils
• key workers for pupils at risk
• attendance improvement projects
• development of a Full Service School
• learning mentors
• a cluster based multi disciplinary support team (Behaviour Education Support Team) to work with schools, pupils and their families
• for the development of children's social, emotional and behavioural skills
• links to existing partnerships working with the police
• appropriate CPD activities for school staff
• developing early intervention provision to support school based systems
• family based activity to support the school focused work, in order to raise aspiration and, subsequently, attainment
