The Tressell
Training MTV dance project involved 3 weeks work with 2 young women from
the Tressell E2E provision, devising and developing a dance project to
be taught and filmed at the end of August.
During the final week, they were joined by 3 young women from
the Tressell
TAP 11 project.
The delivery phase of the project was a 2 day course attended by 28 pupils
from St Leonards CE School.
The course culminated in the shooting of a video which was shown in the

Summer School
Ian Fuller, Dance
Worker, took a group of 12 young people: 6 boys and 6 girls and used
a Machines topic to create work that built focus, control and non-verbal
communication.
The group were
very hard working and enthusiastic and, despite snow and half term,
managed an excellent performance to Key Stage 2 pupils and their parents.
Two half
day dance workshops were run during the summer holidays, involving a group
of 24 young people.
The first group juxtaposed 2 dance pieces about flight, whilst the second
group, working with a visual art tutor, created a breathtaking session
that crackled with creative electricity.
This resulted in a final sharing session and performance.
