Targets
(based on existing successful practice)
  • recruit and induct staff, ensuring all are trained to a minimum standard
  • analysis of appropriate data and allocation of activity according to need
  • impact positively upon the learning of 1,500 young people over the course of the life of the Cluster i.e. 10% of the school population
  • increase in higher level results in KS 1, 2 and 3, from 2004 results
  • increase in numbers achieving 5 A* - C, with a 5% uplift over the 3 years
  • trial and develop initiatives to improve learning and teaching
  • develop collaborative working across 'families' of schools to improve standards
  • continue to ensure additionality to the LEA's School Improvement Service (currently CfBT), whilst maintaining close links
