Targets
Targets (based on existing successful practice):
  • engage staff in accredited national training and ensure all ILTs are trained to the minimum standard
  • support 450 (150 per year) identified caseload over the course of the life of the Cluster i.e. 1.5% of the school population
  • contact with 100% of families of caseload students, supporting siblings where appropriate
  • Cluster funding will support 5 - 10 schools per year, depending on need
  • provide activities for 60% of caseload students - 270 (90 per year) over the course of the life of the Cluster
  • improvement in attainment for 75% of students
  • improvement in behaviour for 85% of students where behaviour is identified as an issue
  • improvement in attendance for 80% of students where attendance is identified as an issue
  • reduction in the number of exclusions for caseload students
  • reduce the risk of youth crime
