PDC Secondary Programme
The initial pilot Behaviour Management programme for Secondary schools has been completed. The four schools involved in the pilot were William Parker, Helenswood, Hillcrest and Filsham Valley and it was hailed as a positive learning experience for the pupils.

Work is being done to liaise with the schools to address the needs of the pupils during re-integration. Learning Mentors, Maxine Martin and John McDougal, will be time tabled into appropriate lessons to provide additional support.

All six secondary schools are involved in the second programme - Classroom and Social Skills - with the addition of The Grove and Thomas Peacocke. Staff have made a very positive start with the 12 pupils.
