Targets (based on existing successful practice in other areas):

• recruit and induct staff
• establish clear referral criteria that are standardized across all Cluster schools
• identify training for staff and ensure all are trained to a minimum standard
• support 1,500 (500 per year) young people over the course of the life of the Cluster i.e. 5% of the school population
• train 150 school staff (50 per year)
• provide holiday learning for 120 families (40 per year)
• provide term time learning opportunities for 240 parents / carers (80 per year)
