The Excellence Cluster Admin team provides administrative support to all the ExC strands. Team members are also actively involved in supporting activities and running projects. Some of these include:

YMCA Multi sports
Forest Schools
BIP and Attendance Challenges
Parenting Stress courses
Study Skills at UCH
Creative writing
Shakespeare 4 Kidz

The ExC also hosts a range of meetings, which are facilitated by members of the Admin team. These can range from network meetings for community organisations through to multi agency meetings.

Admin team members are also involved in fundraising initiatives including regular charity lunches held to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice and competing in the Hastings Half Marathon to raise money for local charities.
